lok21 Terms & Conditions

The following terms, when used throughout this Agreement, carry the meanings assigned to them in this section. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

By registering an account with lok21, you represent, warrant, and confirm that each of the following conditions is satisfied at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You are a natural person, at least 21 years of age, with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable Indonesian law.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not a resident of, nor are you accessing the platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You do not hold and have never held an account with lok21 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or shareholder of lok21, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not using the platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• All information you provide to lok21 during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

lok21 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any of the above eligibility conditions at any time. Failure to satisfy any eligibility condition, or providing false information in connection with eligibility, is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

To access the full range of lok21 services — including placing bets, depositing funds, and withdrawing winnings — you must complete the platform's account registration process. The following rules apply to all lok21 accounts:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active lok21 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or via different devices or IP addresses — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
2. Accurate Registration Data: You must provide your real full name, valid date of birth, a functional email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number during registration. Pseudonyms, false names, or fictitious contact details are strictly prohibited.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — username, password, and any associated OTP codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. lok21 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4. Password Standards: Your password must meet lok21's minimum security requirements (at least 8 characters, combining letters, numbers, and at least one special character). You are strongly advised to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, available in your account security settings.
5. KYC Verification: lok21 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process prior to the approval of any withdrawal request and upon any transaction that triggers enhanced due diligence thresholds. KYC documentation typically required includes a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or SIM) and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the required timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended.
6. Account Dormancy: An account that records no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. lok21 reserves the right to levy an administrative maintenance fee against dormant account balances as set out in the current fee schedule published on the platform.

All financial transactions on the lok21 platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). lok21 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed in the Deposit section of your account dashboard.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. No maximum deposit limit is applied by default, though individual transaction limits imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider will apply.
• Deposits are credited to your lok21 wallet upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. In the case of bank transfers, this is typically within five (5) minutes of the transfer being initiated during normal banking hours.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and will be returned, subject to applicable processing fees.
• lok21 does not charge a deposit processing fee. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. This same-source withdrawal policy is a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Requests from accounts that have not completed KYC will be held pending verification.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under five (5) minutes for verified accounts, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Indonesian public holidays.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your account dashboard and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• lok21 reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal request where the transaction triggers internal fraud-detection or anti-money-laundering screening protocols. In such cases, lok21 will notify you and may request additional documentation.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant promotion and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.

lok21 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions to both new and existing Members. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion:

• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Member is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times — including through multiple accounts or household devices — constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion.
• Game Contribution: Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sportsbook bets, and certain other categories may contribute at a lower rate — the applicable contribution rate is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Validity Period: All Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds and any associated pending winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• lok21 Discretion: lok21 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to disqualify any Member from a promotion where abuse or breach of promotional terms is suspected. All decisions made by lok21 in connection with promotions are final.
• Prohibited Betting Patterns: Certain betting strategies — including but not limited to low-margin arbitrage betting, bonus abuse through systematic cancellation, and coordinated bonus hunting — are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonus balances and potential account restriction.

The following rules apply across all product categories on the lok21 platform, including sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), mahjong, and esports betting:

• Finality of Accepted Bets: Once a bet or wager is accepted and confirmed by the lok21 system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the Member, except where lok21's product-specific rules expressly permit in-play cash-out or bet editing.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts for each product and market are displayed at the point of bet placement. lok21 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on specific Members at its discretion without prior notice.
• Palpable Errors: lok21 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of an obvious pricing or data error — including but not limited to odds displayed at a manifestly incorrect level due to a technical fault. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Member's wallet.
• Event Cancellations and Postponements (Sportsbook): If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required period of play, lok21's settlement rules for the affected market — as specified in the sportsbook rules — will apply. Stakes may be voided and returned, or settled on available official results, depending on the specific market and circumstances.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a slot, live casino, or any other game — including disconnections during a live game round — lok21 will follow its documented malfunction policy. Bets affected by a verifiable technical malfunction may be voided, with stakes returned. lok21 is not liable for internet connectivity issues on the Member's side.
• Prohibited Conduct: The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable: use of automated betting software or bots; exploitation of software bugs or vulnerabilities; collusion between players in live casino games; and any other conduct that gives a Member an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Provably Fair Games: All slot titles and RNG-based casino games on the lok21 platform are sourced from certified studios and independently tested for RTP accuracy and random outcome generation. Game certification data is available upon request.

lok21 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. The following responsible gaming tools and policies are integrated into the platform and available to all Members. • Age Restriction Enforcement: lok21 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and deposited funds returned to the original payment source where technically possible.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account dashboard. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Members may set loss limits on a per-session, daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Loss limits are applied across all product categories within the Member's account.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated session duration alerts can be configured by Members in their account settings. lok21 recommends setting reminders for sessions exceeding one hour.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gaming may activate a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion, directly from their account dashboard or by contacting customer support. During a self-exclusion period, the Member will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets, and will not receive promotional communications from lok21.

All content on the lok21 platform — including but not limited to the lok21 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, user interface layout, graphics, text, game assets, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of lok21 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lok21 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or publicly displaying any lok21 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any lok21 software or platform component.
• Creating derivative works based on lok21 content or systems.
• Scraping, data-mining, or using automated tools to extract data from the lok21 platform.

Any unauthorised use of lok21 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Indonesian and international law.

The collection, storage, and processing of Member personal data by lok21 is governed by the lok21 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this Agreement. By registering a lok21 account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein.

In summary, lok21 collects personal data including identity information, contact details, financial transaction data, KYC documentation, and platform usage data. This data is used for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, KYC/AML compliance, and — where you have provided the relevant consent — direct marketing communications. lok21 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

All data is transmitted using 256-bit SSL encryption. Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never held in plain text. For detailed information about your rights as a data subject — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data — please refer to the full Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lok21 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — in connection with the platform and its services. Without limiting the foregoing:

• lok21 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, free from technical faults, or secure from all forms of cyber attack. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary service interruptions.
• lok21 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — even if lok21 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• lok21's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude lok21's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11.1 Termination by Member: You may close your lok21 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any verified withdrawable balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be paid out to your nominated payment method, subject to standard KYC verification and withdrawal processing procedures.

11.2 Termination by lok21: lok21 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where lok21 reasonably determines that any of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Participation in any form of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct.
• Use of the platform in violation of applicable law.
• Account activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the lok21 platform or to other Members.

Upon termination for cause, lok21 reserves the right to forfeit the full account balance, including both real-money and bonus fund balances, to the extent permitted by applicable law. lok21 will provide written notice of termination and the grounds therefor where practicable.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law, as applied by the dispute resolution forum specified below.

The parties agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents lok21 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

lok21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it substantively alters Member rights or obligations — lok21 will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the lok21 website and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the registered email address associated with each affected Member account.

Your continued use of the lok21 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, updates to contact information, or clarifications that do not alter the substantive effect of any clause — may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication.
